The gate that swung into the car every morning.
The Hendersons had been lifting their back gate by hand for two years — the post had heaved in the clay soil and the latch sat four inches off-center. One visit: we dug out the old post, set a 4×4 in Quikrete, re-hung both hinges, and adjusted the strike plate. Gate closes flush. The car door doesn't need a new dent.

Eleven months of mold creeping behind the shower tile.
The Nguyens noticed the grout had gone gray-black along the tub-wall seam after the previous re-caulk failed — wrong product, no primer. We cut out the old caulk, treated the substrate with mold inhibitor, let it cure, then applied 100% silicone in a color match. Seam is clean. The mold has no foothold.

First night's sleep with real airflow. No more window unit running at 2 a.m.
